The Lido Aqautic Centre offers a range of aquatic activities and amenties. Swimming is available indoors year-round, with outdoor facilities available during the summer months.
The Freyberg Community Pool offers year-round indoor swimming and a range of aquatic activities and ammenties.
Himatangi Beach is a diverse coastal beach environment.
Akitio beach is recognised as a popular surfing beach but also offers good fishing.
