Lido Aquatic Centre

The Lido Aqautic Centre offers a range of aquatic activities and amenties. Swimming is available indoors year-round, with outdoor facilities available during the summer months.

• Outdoor facilities

• Family Leisure Pool
  Incorporating an island, water cannons, waterfall and a toddlers beach entry. Shade is provided adjacent to the toddlers beach and also under the cafe porch. The outdoor facilities are surrounded by park like grounds with large trees and grassed areas.
  
  
• 50 Metre Pool
  For competitive swimming and training.
  
  
• Diving Pool
  With a depth of 4.7 metres and a diving tower to allow competitive diving 

Indoor facilities

• Indoor Leisure Pool
  A large pool in two levels, separated by an island and two large waterfalls. The upper portion of the pool includes two resting bays with built in seating and two water sluices. The lower pool incorporates a lazy river and two water cannons.
  
  
• Spa Pool
  A large spa pool sits alongside the leisure pool capable of holding 20 adults in comfort.
  
  
• Toddlers Pool
  The toddlers pool is popular with the children. The pool has a beach entry, a waterfall and a friendly frog which squirts water into the pool.
  
  
• 25m Heated Pool
  The 25m pool is available daily for lane swimming. Located in its own pool hall, the pool provides a tranquil environment for the competitive swimmer and fitness training.
  
  
• Learn to Swim Pool
  The dedicated Learn to Swim pool is located away from the leisure facilities in a separate area, the pool provides an ideal learning environment. Swimming lessons are available for all ages, most days of the week.
  
  
• Steam and Sauna Rooms
  Separate steam and sauna rooms are available.
  
  
• Gymnasium
  A fully equiped gym with machine and free weights and a range of fitness classes to suit all levels of fitness.
  
  
• Sunbed facilities
  Sunbeds facilities are also available.
  
  
• Cafe
  The cafe provides food and drinks at affordable prices, including specialty coffees, sandwiches and savouries. During the summer months, tables are available outside in the shade adjacent to the cafe.
