Palmerston North City Library has a Central Library at The Square in the centre of Palmerston North, a Mobile Library service and 4 branch libraries:

- Awapuni Library
- Roslyn Library
- Te Pātikitiki
The Central Library is open 7 days a week and the mobile/branch libraries are open from Monday to Saturday.
