A Residential Property Information Enquiry is a report prepared by the Council to provide commonly requested information on residential properties.
For commercial and industrial properties, you will need to apply for a Land Information Memorandum (LIM).

- A section plan of the property taken from the Deposited plan.
- Site plan, drainage plan, floor plan.
- Age and size of buildings on the property.
- Rate information.
- Consents, certificates, notices, orders or requisitions affecting the land or buildings.

Fees
Fees for a Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE) are a set price of $242 per RPIE Report and must accompany the application.
How do I apply for a Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE)?
Applications must be made on the official Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE) application form, and completed in full, in order to correctly identify the property concerned.
Print out the following application and post with payment or alternatively leave completed application form with payment at our Customer Service Centre.
How long will a Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE) take to process?
The Residential Property Information Enquiry (RPIE) will be issued within five working days, provided all necessary information has been supplied at the time of application.
