Kerbside Recycling
Kerbside recycling is provided on the same day as refuse collection for your area. Items to be collected must be left on the kerb by 7.30am. There is no limit on the volume of recyclable items that may be put out to be collected.
Items that will be collected for recycling:
- Any paper and/ or cardboard
- Cans – Aluminium or Steel
- Plastics - bottles, soft drink, milk bottles (These must be washed and squashed and tops removed)
- Glass bottle and jars only - not plate glass or ceramics (green, clear and brown glass must be separated)
- All recycling must be sorted into type, and packaged in plastic shopping bags, or it will not be collected.
