If you have a complaint or a problem about a dog please call the PNCC Customer Service Centre on 356 8199.

Complaints will be taken and followed up by Animal control 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

The City Pound is on Totara Rd (off Maxwells Line).

The pound is open 9:00AM  to 2:30PMMonday To Friday except public Holidays and weekend
