You can put in a request through our Customer Service Centre for the following.
- Meters not working
- Dispute a parking infringement.
- Request for possible alterations or improvements to be made to parking restrictions
- Advise of incorrect parking, illegal parking, contravening of bylaws

SuperGold Parking Exemption
In 2011 the Palmerston North City Council issued a resolution that residents or ratepayers of Palmerston North, who hold a current SuperGold card can be exempt from paid parking between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday.
Applications must be made for the specified exemption card and these can be done at the PNCC Customer Service Centre, or Age Concern. There is a $10 per annum fee for this exemption card, payable upon application. Each card is valid for one calendar year and the $10 fee applies no matter when the application is made.
The 2012 cards are not yet available, however applications can still be made to the PNCC Customer Service Centre or Age Concern and the cards will be sent out after the 19th Dec. The $10 application fee still needs to be made upon initial application.
Pay for your Parking Ticket
Cash, cheque and eft-pos (not Credit Cards) payments can be made at the City Council's customer service centre.
You can also post a cheque along with the Ticket Number and vehicle registration written on the back of the Cheque, to the following address:

Payment can be made by internet banking to Westpac account: 03-0726-0330770-00
You must include in the reference field the ticket/notice number and the vehicle registration.
Failure to do so could result in the payment being unidentified and therefore being prosecuted with the Palmerston North District Court.
It is your responsibility to ensure the payment is correctly referenced.
Please note that Council does not accept part payments and each ticket must be paid for in full.
