A sense of peace and tranquillity prevails on the 3 acre property, even though the venue is located within the town boundary and only 2 km from the heart of Palmerston North.
Clients may hire the entire house exclusively or on a room by room basis.
The house is often in use by 3 or 4 conferences at one time and if you require more than one room, in particular for break out workshops or mediations, we suggest that two rooms should be booked to ensure that the requirements of those attending can be met. A 'common' room or lounge is not provided. Rates may be negotiated for multiple room hire.
We offer half-day, full day and evening rates in the form of 5 or 10 hour hire periods.

Please discuss individual requirements prior to booking to ensure your needs can be met.
Basic presentation equipment is available to hire, or alternatively clients may bring in their own equipment. If we do not have the equipment you require then an outside contractor is contacted.
Any equipment brought in must be removed at the end of the hire period. Affixing posters and other material to the walls must be discussed with the manager at the time of booking. Generally blu-tak is the only acceptable means of fixing.
There are two catering options available for conferences;
- In house menus or,
- Hire the kitchen and choose a caterer from the list of preferred caterers.
Supplying your own food and beverage requires that the kitchen is always hired and your own staff/ service provided. There is one kitchen and use is allocated on a "first booking" basis. The first booked caterer may be given the option of catering for subsequent bookings.
