Types of functions
Cocktail functions for product launches, birthdays, client networking or functions 'just for fun' are very popular due to the great indoor / outdoor flow with the gardens. For this the ground floor combination of rooms is hired and a maximum of 100 to 150 people can be accommodated.
Alternatively, the single large room on the first floor can accommodate a maximum of 100 standing. The entire venue is gas heated and is very cosy during the cooler months.
Dinner and luncheon functions for corporate or education sector clients with a guest speakers/entertainers or for family events such as birthdays and anniversaries, can be accommodated in a room to suit the numbers attending with a maximum of 100 people.

Clients may bring in any caterer and are subject to a $100 refundable kitchen bond.
It is a requirement that the client hires a bar steward through their chosen caterer, or the venue. Keg beer is NOT permitted on site. Alcohol sales require a liquor licence.
The in-house caterer can supply cocktail food and bar steward, this information available upon request.
The gardens have often been used for activities such as electronic clay target shooting, croquet or petanque, cricket using a soft ball; children's entertainment such as a bouncy castle, pony & cart rides and party games.
The gardens are not able to be hired separately from the house.
The property is located in a residential area and its use is governed by an Environment court ruling.
The property is to be vacated by 11pm, therefore any music is turned off and drinks are not served beyond 10.30pm, allowing half an hour to say the farewells. Noise is restricted to 40 DBA at the property boundary and is monitored by house staff.
Garden activities have to be finished by 10pm.
