Funding to get your creative project off the ground

Friday October 10 2014

The latest round for funding has just opened and is a great way to get arts projects off the ground. It includes music and drama, and is available for individuals and groups.

"A change that is particularly good news is that the previous $5000 cap on applications has been removed," says Adrian Turner, Fund Administrator. "That means we can help with more ambitious projects than we could in the past - although we still have to work within the same budget constraint of an overall funding pool of $86,000."

"All applications are considered, and the timing of this round means that you may be able to obtain funding for a 2015 project, and can hit the ground running in the new year."

There are three funding rounds a year. Applications close at 4pm on Monday 20 October 2014 and application forms are available from:

  • pncc.govt.nz
  • 06 356 8199
  • Customer Service Centre - Square-side
  • Community Living Rooms - libraries.
