The Scheme will enable two young people under the age of 40 to undertake special projects of study beyond New Zealand.
The Scheme aims to provide opportunities for young people who would not otherwise have the means to further their study by travelling overseas.
Trust administrator Priscilla Jeffrey says previous recipients have used the Travelling Fellowship Award towards attending international conferences.
"Recipients have used the Award to undertake research with other specialists and to undertake voluntary work in areas of interest enabling them to further their knowledge base and skills."
The two successful applicants will each receive funding of up to $5,000 so they can apply themselves to a study programme or engage in a special project. In turn the funding will enable them to make a valuable contribution to their trade, industry, profession or community.
Fellowship details can be found on pncc.govt.nz or by contacting Priscilla Jeffrey at firstname.lastname@example.org or 356 8199. Applications close on 21 July 2014.
