Plan Change Summary:

The purpose of Proposed Sectional District Plan Review Changes 4A - 4SS: Zoning Adjustments is to correct a number of spot zonings, or out of place zoning applications throughout the City.  This includes 39 Council Reserves, and the following privately owned sites:

-    261 Napier Road (Lot 4 DP 74205);

-    2-8 Roberts Line (Lots 1 & 2 DP 77717, Lot 2 DP 45606, Lot 15 DP 20038, Lot 30 DP 65667);

-    363 Tremaine Avenue (Lot 5 DP 15222);

-    481 Featherston Street (Lot 4 DP 8326, Lot 7 DP 8326);

-    368-372 Albert Street (Lot 1 DP 51151, Lot 8 DP 64318);

-    166 Cambridge Avenue (Lot 4 DP 57845).
