Goal 5

To achieve the city vision, we need a Council organisation that can deliver on all our strategic goals.

We have already made some important steps towards supporting city growth and prosperity by doing things more simply.

We will continue to design and deliver our services in more effective ways to improve relationships and learn from experience.

We will work in partnership with our communities to enable growth and change.

We will ensure community voices are reflected in everything we do.
