Office space available to rent at Hancock Community House

Hancock Community House is located in historic King Street, with its palm trees and heritage buildings.

We are seeking expressions of interest from those working in the social services sector who may need some extra space to expand their services.

With recent departures at Hancock House, we now have 2 spaces available for rent for those working to provide a benefit to Palmerston North residents:

  • Space One: Ground Floor (G7) 16m2 private office space, estimated cost to be $2,597.47 per annum (with CPI adjustment annually)
  • Space Two: Ground Floor (G5-2) 13m2 private office space, estimated cost to be $2,110.93 per annum (CPI adjustment to be made for this year).

Expressions of interest close on 27 January 2023 and we will contact successful applicants on 7 February.

Priority will be given to groups which provide services, projects or activities that:

  • will deliver community outcomes that contribute to Goal 3 of Council’s strategic direction; and
  • are suitable for Hancock Community House. Suitability assessment will consider fit for purpose with the office location, physical characteristics, accessibility and compatibility with other tenants.
