The proposal is for a lease of approximately 1,659 sq m situated between the Pony Club and the lookout.
The applicant seeks to renovate the existing building (former café) to a commercial kitchen, modification of the exiting toilets from 2 to 3 toilets and erection of a 26 x 12 m semi-permanent marque serviced by two 40-foot containers that are fitted out as bar and storage facilities.
Landscaping is proposed including relocation of a walking path a few metres away from the site, site definition and wayfinding from car parking areas.
6 gum trees would be removed as part of the development.
The land areas affected by the proposed lease is on the Ashhurst Domain and contained in the title WN26D/246 described as Lot 1 DP 55676.
