What happens to my submission?

All the submissions will be photocopied, and will be available for the public to view in Council's Customer Service Centre and libraries. If you want your contact details kept private, you will need to indicate this on your submission form.

Councillors will receive a copy of all the submissions received before the hearings meeting, which is likely to be held in either February or March 2020.

If you have chosen not to speak to your submission, then you will get a letter at the end of the consultation process in June telling you what changes were made as a result of the consultation.

If you have chosen to speak to your submission, you will receive a letter in the new year with details of the committee meeting that will be conducting the hearings.
