Wednesday April 1 2020

An update about Council meetings, consultations, hearings and citizenship ceremonies.

Council meetings

All committees listed on our meeting calendar page will not be meeting.

Further updates will be posted on that page and to the Covid-19 Council updates.

Any urgent or statutory required business will be put through either the Business Continuity Committee or the Council.

Notice of these meetings will be given, however we do ask the public to remain at home and follow the meeting business through the agendas and minutes that will continue to be published to our website.

The public consultation processes for the open projects listed on the Have Your Say page are paused. The exceptions to this are the following three consultations:

Please continue to send us your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to send us your feedback and will be in touch in due course.

Previously scheduled hearings may need to be postponed. Any open hearings may need to continue via digital platforms.

If you're an interested party, and haven't heard from us yet, please contact our democracy and governance team at
