As part of our next Creative City Conversations event on Monday 30 August, we will be hosting a “Best of the Fest”, showcasing the most acclaimed and award-winning films from the 2020 festival held at the World Urban Forum in Abu Dhabi.
The films will shine a light on the many issues and challenges facing cities around the world and how creative city making practices can begin to address and overcome these. You can expect to hear inspiring city making stories about:
- sustainable practices and green building design
- community engagement, collaboration and co-creation
- communities of interest
- social enterprise
- smart city practices
- symbolic architecture and city image
