Palmerston North City Council has received a club licence renewal & variation of conditions of club licence application for 19 Pascal Street under section 101, sale and supply of alcohol act 2012

The Marist Club (PN) Incorporated of postal address PO Box 977, Palmerston North has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Palmerston North for the renewal & variation of conditions of a Club Licence in respect of the premises situated at 19 Pascal Street known as Marist Sports ClubThe general nature of the business to be conducted under the licence is Club.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are 1 October to 31 March, Monday 6pm to 12 midnight Tuesday and Wednesday 5pm to 12 midnight, Thursday 6pm to 12 midnight, Friday 5pm to 1am the following day, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 12noon to 1am the following day.  1 April to 30 September, Monday to Thursday 6pm to 12 midnight, Friday 5pm to 1am the folloiwng day, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 12noon to 1am the following day

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Palmerston North District Licensing Committee at the Customer Service Centre, Civic Administration Building, ground floor, 32 The Square, Palmerston North.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 15 working days from 13 November 2021 to file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Palmerston North City Council, Private Bag 11034, Palmerston North.

No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
