The following meetings will be held in the Conference and Function Centre, 354 Main Street, Palmerston North.

Please note the change of venue.

Due to uncertainty of Covid 19 NZ Alert Levels meetings may be held by audio visual links only, or in person depending on the NZ Alert Level at the time.  Please check pncc.govt.nz/meetings  for up-to-date notification. 

If we are in Level 3 or 4 the committee meeting will be cancelled and urgent business sent directly to Council meetings.

If we are in Level 2, the meeting will be held in person at the Conference and Function Centre and streamed live on the Council's Youtube page. Members of the public are encouraged to view the meeting online. Those choosing to attend in person will need to follow the distancing and hygiene requirements of the venue. Please wear a mask and sign in upon arrival.

The committee meets at 9am on Tuesday 21 September.

Finance & Audit

The committee meets at 9am on Wednesday 22 September.

Items on the agenda include:

  • Results of Public Engagement – Extension of Paid Parking Hours
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing Report – April to June 2021
  • Treasury Report 12 months ending 30 June 2021

Arts, Culture & Heritage

An extraordinary meeting will be held at 9am on Wednesday 29 September, in the Conference & Function Centre, 354 Main Street, Palmerston North.  

Items on the agenda include reports which were diverted due to the August meeting cancellation because of COVID-19 Alert Level 4 restrictions.

Meetings October

9am – 19 October – Hearing by Commissioner – LU 5959 Limited Notification Land Use Consent application from Soul Friend Pet Cremations for a proposed pet cremation business and associated activities at 94 Mulgrave Street, Ashhurst.
