Submissions are open until 7 December 2020.
Scouts would be paying for the building and be responsible for its construction, operation, maintenance and the health and safety of users. The building would be used for scout activities, meetings and a kitchen space. The proposed lease would be for 10 years, with a 10 year right to renew.
The area affected by the proposed lease for the Scout Association is described as part of Lot 1 DP 52268.
