A majestic historic homestead built in 1895, Caccia Birch House has a captivating history. It is a beautiful venue for weddings, conferences, concerts and other gatherings and events. Caccia Birch is set in a hectare of gardens and overlooks the Hokowhitu Lagoon across from the Manawatū Golf Course.
Owned by Palmerston North City Council, Caccia Birch House is administered by Caccia Birch Trust Board who employ a manager to operate the property on their behalf. All fees charged are used to assist in the maintenance and operation of the property for the enjoyment of the whole community and also to promote its use for educational and cultural purposes.
