Proposed fees and charges for planning and miscellaneous services

We're proposing to increase some of our planning fees. Community feedback is invited by 5pm on Friday 18 May.

We review fees and charges for Council services every year. This enables Council to be satisfied that they are transparent, fair and reasonable, and market comparable.

As a result of the most recent review, we are proposing to increase the fees we charge for planning and miscellaneous services. Most will increase by approximately 3% to keep pace with increasing operating costs.
