We need to know:
We aim for a licensing inspector to call you back within 3 working days. We will then take the appropriate steps to communicate with the business.
Depending on the type of complaint, we aim to contact the licensee within 5 working days. If the complaint is a criminal offence, we will work with Police.
You should receive an update about your complaint within 10 working days after we first called you.
