Langley Reserve

Right next to Milson School, Langley Reserve is the perfect after-school hangout. Kids can climb, swing, and play while burning off some energy in a safe and open space.

The colours of the playground were even chosen by Milson School students, making it a playground designed by kids, for kids.

Fun fact: Langley Reserve is named for NASA's Langley space research facility.

We planned and subdivided most of Milson in the 1960s, when NASA's mission was to land astronauts on the moon and outer space was on everyone's minds. Many of the parks and streets in the area have names that reflect that. For example, Apollo Park, named after the Apollo space programme, and Jupiter and Mercury Streets.
