Hearings are formal meetings where Councillors or independent hearing commissioners:

  • consider your application
  • listen to any evidence for and against your application
  • listen to any submissions made
  • make a decision on your application.

Hearing: Resource consent application for the expansion of a quarry

This hearing relates to a joint resource consent application lodged by HiRock Ltd for the expansion of an existing quarry at 167-257 Kendalls Line, Palmerston North.

Hearing: Limited Notified resource consent application

This hearing relates to McDonald's Restaurants NZ Limited for resource consent to construct and operate a 24-hour standalone McDonald's restaurant, with associated drive-thru, car park and servicing areas at 518 Pioneer Highway, Palmerston North.
