Soon we’ll be asking you to help decide how the city will treat and discharge wastewater for the next 35 years.

Feedback on Nature Calls is open from 9 April to 8 May, and we encourage everyone to take the time to learn about the proposed discharge options and share their views. More information, including the online feedback form and booklet, will be available on our website from 9 April.

Visit the wastewater treatment plant

During the Nature Calls feedback period, we’re offering guided tours of the Palmerston North wastewater treatment plant on Tōtara Road.

These tours are a great opportunity to see how wastewater is currently treated, learn more about the Nature Calls project, and ask questions about the options being considered for the future.
