Book a park, reserve, or sportsground for an event

Did you know that most of our parks are available to book for events?

From family barbecues to weddings, sports tournaments and everything in between, no matter what sort of event you're planning or how big or small it is, we've probably got a free space to accommodate you.

We want to know about any public events you're organising in and around the city, to help us understand and plan for any increased hazards or risks that may come about. We can book our parks and reserves, help with any licensing requirements or permits and we'll be able to pass on any useful tips on hosting your event.

If you're planning on holding an event in a public park or reserve for more than 50 people, please complete the form below at least 20 working days prior to your event.
