Certificate of compliance

A certificate of compliance is a legal document that confirms your proposal meets the District Plan.

Please contact the duty planner if you need help identifying what rules will apply to your project.

You'll need to provide:

  • completed application form
  • full details of the site and a description of the activity you wish to operate from the site
  • full site plan showing the location of the activity and the associated buildings, boundaries, car parking etc
  • a deposit fee (based on current fees and charges).

Council has 20 working days to process your application.
