Artificial football turf: Process for location selection

That Council approve the process outlined in this report for the selection of a location for an artificial football turf in Palmerston North as proposed in the 10 Year Plan (2018-28).
That registrations of interest be invited from interested elected members for appointment to the Artificial Football Turf Assessment Team and advise the Committee Administrator, Penny Odell by Friday 1 June 2018 noting that the Mayor and Chairperson Finance and Performance Committee make the decision on the successful registrant.
