Our water team is carrying out urgent repairs to a burst water main. To help ensure there is enough water available for essential needs, please use water only when absolutely necessary. Repairs are expected to take most of today.
We've installed an accessible toilet at the Albert Street river entrance, building on previous improvements to the area.
The new facility officially opened to the public on 23 June. It will make the popular riverside spot more comfortable and accessible for everyone who visits.
In June 2025, elected members reviewed several possible sites for the new toilet and approved the Albert Street river entrance as the preferred location.
