Palmerston North businesses have an important role to play in creating a more sustainable and resilient city. We want to understand what businesses are already doing, what they’d like to do next, and what might be getting in the way.
Council is developing a Community Climate Action Plan for the city. We’ve already talked to individuals and community groups but now we want to check in with businesses on what you are doing and how we may be able to help.

Every business is different, so there are no right or wrong answers.
Your feedback will help us identify practical ways Council and other organisations could support businesses to reduce costs, use resources more efficiently, improve resilience and become more sustainable.
Survey findings will be shared as an overall summary. Your individual response will not be publicly identified, and completing the survey does not commit your business to taking any further action.
