Tim Mordaunt & Paul Roache: 2025 Civic Honour Award winners

For more than three decades, the city and its surrounding region have benefited immensely from exceptional community investment and input by Tim Mordaunt and Paul Roache.

As co-leaders of Property Brokers, they have combined business success with philanthropy, donating millions of dollars and volunteering countless hours to a wide range of local causes, activities, amenities and services.

Longstanding fundraisers include the annual Race to the Brewery, Relay for Life, Hospice and the Grassroots Trust Rescue Helicopter.

The pair have significantly contributed to local sport – particularly rugby, basketball and cricket, while directly assisting young athletes through the Property Brokers Scholarship Programme.

For over 20 years, their personal support of Centrepoint Theatre has facilitated the enjoyment of world-class shows and theatre productions that rival those in much larger cities.
