  • 9am until 4.30pm on Wednesdays

Objecting to a licence

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than the last day to object specified in this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Palmerston North City Council, Private Bag 11034, Palmerston North.

 

Your objection must be based on a criteria listed in the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
