Notice is given that this week's Hearing by Commissioner under the Dog Control Act 1996 has been cancelled.
The hearing was scheduled for 9am on 18 September in the Missoula Room, Civic Administration Building, 32 The Square, Palmerston North.
The hearing was cancelled because the dog’s owner withdrew their objection.
