Amberley Avenue bridge construction

We constructed a new bridge on Amberley Avenue, between Pencarrow Street and Caroline Crescent, in 2025.

The bridge has a footpath and carries water services across it.

Elected members decided in December 2023 to replace a failing culvert on Amberley Avenue with the 12-metre single span bridge, following a routine assessment which found the condition of the culvert had deteriorated more than expected.
