What kind of playground would suit Franklin Reserve?
The current playground on Franklin Avenue is due for a replacement. We asked the people who use it – neighbours, families and locals – to help shape the new design.
Do you have ideas for a theme or design that will bring the space to life?
What play equipment or feature do you think is essential? We welcome your suggestions for kids of different ages and abilities.
We’re also interested in what could make the space more enjoyable for everyone. Shady spots? More seats?
Some people have asked for fenced playgrounds in other parks, so we’d love to know your thoughts. Is fencing the roadside of the park something we should consider here?
