We’re planning to grant an easement over part of Bill Brown Park to Powerco Limited.
This would allow electricity equipment to be installed and maintained to support the Pasifika Community Centre upgrade. Council will build a new transformer, and once it’s complete, it will be handed over to Powerco to operate.
