Hearing: Resource consent application for the expansion of a quarry
A hearing was held at 9am on 22 June 2023 in relation to a limited notified joint resource consent application for the expansion of an existing quarry at 167-257 Kendalls Line, Palmerston North, lodged by HiRock Ltd.
An independent commissioner has been appointed by Palmerston North City Council and Horizons Regional Council to hear, consider and make a decision on the application.
