Register as an IQP

Use the form on this page to register as an IQP or add more specified systems to your registration.

We maintain our register on behalf of the following territorial authorities:

  • Palmerston North City Council
  • Manawatū District Council
  • New Plymouth District Council
  • Rangitīkei District Council
  • South Taranaki District Council
  • Stratford District Council
  • Tararua District Council
  • Whanganui District Council 

Apply for registration within the Central IQP area

Use this application form if you are:

  • a new IQP applicant
  • an IQP who is registered outside the areas listed above
  • a registered IQP adding more specified systems to your registration.

Step 1.Collect your references

Use this form to collect references to support your application to register as an IQP. We require two referees for each specified system, but their evaluations can cover multiple systems.

Step 2.Check you have all your paperwork

You'll need to include supporting evidence for each specified system you're applying for. There's a handy checklist at the beginning of the form. You can also find full details in this document.

Step 4.Pay the registration fee

The fee for new IQP registrations is $471. We'll email you an invoice and details of how to pay.

Step 5.Wait for confirmation

We will issue your certificate once the Central IQP Panel has approved the application at its quarterly meeting.

Step 6.Renew your registration in 12 months

To keep your registration up to date, renew it every year. If you want to add more specified systems to your registration, please complete this form again.
