This proposed plan change will rezone land at Roxburgh Crescent from industrial to residential to enable new homes to be built.
Proposed Plan Change E was notified in 2024. It seeks to rezone Roxburgh Crescent from industrial to residential zone in the District Plan.
Public submissions closed in late 2024 and a hearing was held in May 2025. A panel of independent commissioners will now go through all of the submissions and evidence for the proposed plan change and will release a decisions and any recommended amendments later this year.
