Palmerston North City Council intends to grant a lease under the Reserves Act 1977 and our Support and Funding Policy 2022 to Te Kōhanga Reo O Ngāti Hineaute Ki Rangitaane O Manawatū Trust.
This lease will be for part of Council land at Tui Park so the Trust can continue to have a small outdoor area for their kōhanga (kindergarten).
