Palmerston North City Council intends to grant a lease under Section 54 of the Reserves Act 1977 and the Support and Funding Policy 2022, for the proposed leasing of recreation reserve land to The Takaro Sports Club Incorporated.
This is for the purpose of a sports club which is currently in operation. The premise is located at 16 Featherston Street, Palmerston North.
