Palmerston North City Council is calling for submissions in support of or against leasing land and building to Te Whare o Ngā Wāhine Palmerston North Women’s Centre Incorporated.
We intend to grant a lease under the Support and Funding Policy 2022, for the proposed leasing of Council land and building to Te Whare o Ngā Wāhine Palmerston North Women’s Centre Incorporated. This is for the purpose of a community agency, which is an existing use. The property is at 53 Waldergrave Street, Palmerston North.
Submissions or objections open until Friday 10 February 2023
