Proposed new lease at 53A and 55 Totara Road

Palmerston North City Council is calling for submissions in support of or against leasing land to Manawatu Archery Club Incorporated.

We intend to grant a lease under the Support and Funding Policy 2022, for the proposed leasing of Council land to Manawatu Archery Club Incorporated. This is for the purpose of a sports club, which is an existing use at 53A Totara Road, and is proposed to be extended to 55 Totara Road, Palmerston North. 

Submissions or objections open until Friday 10 February 2023

If you’re interested in making a submission or objection, please do so in writing and let us know if you wish to appear before and be heard by a Council committee in support of your submission or objection.
